Qualifikationen

• Education: BA/BS in Microbiology or Biology or Chemistry/Pharmacology or related area.
• Work Experience: Minimum 2 years in aseptic processing, fermentation, cell culture and assays in research or manufacturing.
• Other: Basic knowledge in Microbiology and Chemistry, tissue culture, and virus titration or prior virology experience is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Assist in industrial development, process and product improvement of vaccines; oversee manufacturing and testing of development and first commercial batches.
• Define and manage industrialization strategy including technical, financial and regulatory aspects.
• Prepare batch manufacturing, orders materials, manage inventory and test feasibility at lab scale.
• Support in risk assessments and participate in change control and quality investigations.
• Participate in training and tech transfer to production operators and document protocols and reports.
