Job summary

TALENT Software Services is seeking a Laboratory Technician (entry level) to perform critical lab procedures in vaccine production. You will work on aseptic processes, culture handling, and documentation within a GMP environment.

The role requires attention to SOPs, ability to work in a lab setting, and flexibility for a 4-to-10 hour shift schedule. Prior lab and cell culture exposure is advantageous and safety protocols must be followed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• GMP experience required.
• Cell culture experience helpful.
• SAP experience.
• Lab-based experience preferred.
• Aseptic/clean room environment experience.
• Physical abilities test required before starting on site.
• Vaccine knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform aseptic procedures, media preparation, antigen inoculation and harvest, tissue culture preparation and harvest, filling vaccines, etc.
• Maintain accurate records in charts, log books and documentation.
• Report unusual or non-routine occurrences during tasks.
• Clean and sterilize glassware and equipment; set up and operate equipment.
• Note: Embryonic eggs used for virus propagation; handle hazardous materials.
