Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Science with at least 2 years of relevant experience OR Master's/Ph.D. with relevant experience.
Experience in vaccine or biologics processing including lab- or manufacturing-scale analytics.
Experience authoring technical documentation within a cGMP context.

Responsibilities

Manage PSL projects related to Vaccines Manufacturing support, including scope, planning, execution, and stakeholder communication.
Serve as a technical contributor for laboratory studies supporting investigations, process monitoring, and tech transfer.
Author and review experimental design proposals, laboratory protocols, and technical reports in line with cGMP.
Support manufacturing investigations, process monitoring, and continuous improvement for Durham vaccine products.
Participate on cross-functional teams to advance project goals and deliverables.
