Job summary

MSD’s Future Talent Program offers internships up to 12 weeks in our West Point, PA vaccine manufacturing site. Interns tackle projects across multiple areas including Vaccine Manufacturing Operations Support, In‑Line and New Product Technical Support, and Equipment/Facilities maintenance and construction.

Participants work with cross‑functional teams, gain hands‑on experience in process improvement, and contribute to quality and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience in pharmaceutical or vaccine manufacturing is preferred.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills, plus lean six sigma knowledge and project management ability.
• Knowledge of cGMPs, data analytics experience, and strong problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Work on projects in Vaccine Manufacturing Operations Support to improve processes and safety/compliance.
• Support/investigate products in In‑Line and New Product Technical Support to enhance performance and transfer products within internal networks.
• Assist Equipment and Facilities Maintenance, Design, and Construction efforts through cross‑functional collaboration and project management.
