Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Biology degree or related field preferred (1+ year lab or manufacturing experience).
• Aseptic/clean room experience and basic math skills are desirable.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities with attention to detail.
• Proficient in communicating in English; good written skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare vaccine components in an aseptic clean room using virus and cell culture techniques per USDA regulations.
• Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures during processes.
• Assist with training and coaching of current and new employees.
• Complete/review in-process documentation for accuracy and compliance; maintain data and support documentation.
• Participate in root cause analysis and implement corrective actions; escalate production flow disturbances.
• Demonstrate commitment to EHS programs and initiatives.
• Assess individual performance for continuous improvement (AAI).
• Support site projects and change control management.
