Job summary

Lancesoft is seeking a vaccine component technician to operate in an aseptic clean room, following virus and cell culture techniques under USDA regulations.

Responsibilities include preparing components, maintaining documentation, and supporting training, deviations and CAPA processes; strong attention to EHS and continuous improvement are expected. On-site role with occasional OT based on production needs.

Qualifications

• Experience performing aseptic clean room operations.
• Knowledge of virus and cell culture techniques.
• Ability to follow USDA regulations and SOPs.
• Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
• Experience training others on required skills.
• Familiarity with EHS programs.

Responsibilities

• Prepare vaccine components in an aseptic clean room following SOPs.
• Assist training of current and new employees on required skills.
• Complete/review in-process documentation for accuracy and compliance.
• Maintain technical data and support documentation.
• Participate in root cause analysis and CAPA actions.
• Support site projects and deviation/change control management.
