Family Health Center in Worcester, MA is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to support the vaccine clinic and nursing team. The LPN will provide direct and indirect care, triage patients, administer vaccines and medications, and assist with prescriptions as needed. Two years of full‑time or part‑time experience is preferred.

Must be licensed as an LPN in Massachusetts and have BLS. Graduate of an accredited nursing program is required; AS/BS preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited school of nursing required.
• AS or BS in nursing preferred.
• Massachusetts LPN license required; BLS certified.
