Atrius Health in Medford, MA is seeking a 20-hour Pediatric Licensed Practical Nurse to provide direct patient care in a busy pediatric practice. You will administer medications and vaccines to infants and children, document care, and work within established protocols to support clinicians and families.

Responsibilities include obtaining vital signs, patient education, EMR documentation, and collaboration with the care team. MA LPN license and BLS required; ACLS may be preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a state-approved school of practical nursing.
• Current, unrestricted LPN license in Massachusetts.
• American Heart Association BLS.

Responsabilités

• Functions within a designated clinical team.
• Obtains and documents relevant patient information; intervenes within scope and escalates as needed.
• Administers medications and vaccines per orders and policy.
• Documents all patient care activities in EMR within the established timeframe.
• Provides patient education under an established plan of care.
