Job summary

Elanco is seeking a Production Operator - API to prepare, execute, and turnover production processes in poultry vaccine production. The role requires following SOPs and maintaining safety procedures while handling eggs and related materials.

Responsibilities include egg handling, centrifugation and filling operations, cleaning/disinfection of equipment, ensuring material availability, and using SAP to stage materials. The shift is Monday–Friday, 7am–3:30pm, with potential for overtime.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Egg handling, including receipt, tray, disinfection, and transfer of eggs.
• Centrifugation, concentration, and filling operations (emulsification, liquid filling, lyophilization).
• Process preparation and cleaning/disinfection of glassware and equipment; autoclave loading/unloading and surface disinfection.
• Ensure materials (chemicals, consumables) are available.
• Use of electronic systems (e.g., SAP) to stage materials.
