Elanco is seeking a Quality Control Technician - Animal Care at our Winslow, ME site to support poultry vaccine testing and ensure the welfare of chickens and turkeys.

This full-time role involves leading routine procedures, maintaining clean testing facilities, accurate record-keeping, and collaboration with the site veterinarian.

Candidates should have a High School Diploma or GED; an associate degree in animal or biological sciences is preferred, with willingness to work Sundays to Thursdays.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associate degree in animal/biological sciences preferred.
• Experience with poultry care and animal welfare beneficial.
• Familiarity with USDA regulations and SOPs advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead or assist routine vaccine testing procedures.
• Provide care and welfare for poultry in testing facilities.
