Qualifications

• BA or BS in Biochemistry, Analytical Chemistry, Chemistry, Molecular Biology, Biology, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or related field with 0–2 years lab experience.
• Hands-on experience with HPLC/UPLC and UV/Vis spectroscopy from academic research, internships, co-ops, or industry.
• Strong documentation, data analysis, and ability to learn new analytical methods quickly.
• Experience using ELN, CDS, LIMS and Microsoft Excel for data analysis is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Perform assigned analytical testing under supervision to support vaccine process development and related activities.
• Prepare samples and operate analytical instruments following established procedures and approved methods.
• Support method development, verification, qualification, and troubleshooting experiments under guidance.
• Process and review experimental data, summarize results, and report observations to the supervisor or project team.
• Document laboratory work contemporaneously in electronic laboratory notebooks and maintain complete records.
• Assist with preparation of analytical methods, protocols, reports, and method qualification documentation as directed.
• Participate in training, method transfer, and knowledge-sharing activities to build technical capability.
• Complete tasks in alignment with supervisor direction, project timelines, and priorities.
• Support laboratory readiness through routine instrument checks, reagent management, and waste handling.
• Follow safety requirements, data-integrity expectations, and Good Documentation Practices.
