Job summary

Qualifications

• BA or BS in Biochemistry, Analytical Chemistry, Chemistry, Molecular Biology, Biology, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related scientific discipline, with 0 + 2 years of relevant laboratory experience.
• Undergraduate laboratory research experience may be sufficient if the candidate demonstrates strong technical aptitude, strong attention to detail, effective documentation practices, and the ability to learn new analytical methods quickly.
• Basic understanding of scientific principles, laboratory procedures, data analysis, documentation, and communication.
• Ability to execute assigned experiments under supervision with attention to details.
• Ability to work effectively in a team setting.
• Hands-on experience with analytical techniques such as HPLC/UPLC and UV/Vis spectroscopy obtained through academic research, internships, co-op programs, or industry experience

Responsibilities

• Perform analytical testing under supervision to support vaccine development processes.
• Prepare samples and operate analytical instruments.
• Support method development, verification, qualification, and troubleshooting experiments.
• Process and review experimental data, summarize results, and report observations.
• Document laboratory work contemporaneously in ELN and maintain traceable records.
• Assist with preparation of analytical methods, protocols, and reports.
• Participate in training, method transfer, and knowledge-sharing activities.
• Complete tasks aligned with supervisor direction and project timelines.
• Support laboratory readiness through instrument checks and waste management.
• Follow safety requirements and Good Documentation Practices.
