Job summary

Hyatt Vacation Ownership is seeking a Coordinator Marketing Linkage to engage with hotel guests, schedule sales presentations, and provide outstanding service that helps guests learn about our offerings. You will work to exceed sales goals while maintaining guest loyalty and ensuring eligibility for presentations.

The role requires flexible scheduling, weekend/holiday availability, and a background in concierge or sales is preferred.

Qualifications

• Successful candidates will be highly motivated with sales or customer service experience and enjoy interacting with guests either in person or by phone.
• Available to work a flexible schedule to include weekends and holidays.
• Concierge and/or sales experience preferred.
• Position may require background and drug screening, in accordance with state and local requirements.

Responsibilities

• Engaging with hotel guests at desk locations and providing elevated customer service.
• Scheduling sales presentations and managing customer expectations.
• Provides the highest level of service to exceed budgeted sales presentations and volume production goals.
• Ensures that all guests who attend a sales presentation meet eligibility requirements and are open to learning more about products and services.
• Use persuasive techniques that maximize revenue while maintaining existing guest loyalty.

As a Coordinator Marketing Linkage, a typical day will include:

• Engaging with hotel guests at desk locations and providing elevated customer service.
• Scheduling sales presentations and managing customer expectations.
