Marriott Vacations Worldwide is seeking a Coordinator Marketing Linkage to assist in delivering memorable experiences for our Owners and guests at participating properties in the United States. The role focuses on engaging guests, scheduling presentations, and driving revenue while upholding service standards.

You will work with a friendly team, stay flexible including weekends, and harness incentives and rewards as part of a supportive culture.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales or customer service is required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to engage with guests and manage expectations.

Responsibilities

• Engaging with hotel guests at desk locations and providing elevated customer service.
• Scheduling sales presentations and managing customer expectations.
• Providing the highest level of service to exceed budgeted sales presentations and volume production goals.
• Ensure that all guests who attend a sales presentation meet eligibility requirements and are open to learning more about products and services.
• Use persuasive techniques that maximize revenue while maintaining existing guest loyalty.
