The position requires flexibility to work weekends and holidays; a Real Estate license may be required by law. Background checks may be conducted and prior sales experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• One-year related experience is preferred.
• Active Real Estate License may be required by law.

Responsibilities

• Answer Owner questions regarding property use and amenities; make recommendations.
• Follow up on referrals from Owners.
• Fulfill requests on pricing, maps, descriptions, room locations, and portfolio information.
• Contact Owners to monitor satisfaction and develop opportunities (reloads, referrals).
• Develop and maintain records on customer contacts for effective follow-up.
