A leading vacation rental company in Park City, UT is seeking a motivated Vacation Sales Concierge/In-House Marketing Coordinator. This full-time role involves scheduling sales presentations, providing exceptional service to guests, and ensuring that all attendees meet eligibility requirements. Ideal candidates will have sales or customer service experience and be available to work various shifts, including weekends. Job Overview

Vacation Sales Concierge/In-House Marketing Coordinator at Marriott Vacations Worldwide in our MountainSide location, Park City, UT. Join the Sales & Marketing team to assist in providing Owners/guests with experiences and events to create memorable vacation memories.

Schedule

Full-time, 5 days per week. Must be available to work weekends and between 8am and 8pm.

Daily Responsibilities

• Schedule sales presentations and manage customer expectations.
• Provide the highest level of service to exceed budgeted sales presentations and volume production goals.
• Ensure that all Owners and guests attending a sales presentation meet eligibility requirements and are open to learning more about products and services.
• Use persuasive techniques that maximize revenue while maintaining existing guest loyalty.

Guest Experience and Company Standards

• Welcome and greet guests; anticipate and address their needs.
• Interact with colleagues and guests professionally and promptly.
• Contribute to team goals.
• Always follow company policies and safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Highly motivated with sales or customer service experience; enjoys interacting with guests in person or by phone.
• Available to work various shifts, holidays, and weekends.
• Concierge and/or sales experience preferred.
• Position may require background and drug screening in accordance with state and local requirements.
• Physical ability to reach overhead and below the knees, perform bending, twisting, pulling, stooping, and stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time.
