Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a sales-focused professional in Massachusetts to present in-person luxury travel options to prospective and current owners. You will emphasize the benefits of traveling with the company and use effective closing techniques to generate sales.

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years sales and/or marketing experience preferred.
• College Degree preferred.
• Ability to overcome objections and perform in a short luxury sales cycle.
• Demonstrate a positive attitude in a high-energy environment.
• General knowledge of smart devices.

Responsibilities

• Conduct 1-on-1 in-person sales presentations in our state-of-the-art sales center.
• Establish commonality and build rapport with prospective owners and/or current owners.
• Communicate the benefits of traveling with Travel + Leisure Co. and generate sales with proper closing techniques.
• Present and deliver sales presentations in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Attend all scheduled training sessions and department meetings.
• Keep current on product knowledge, materials and industry trends.

During the initial training period, the hourly wage is $20 plus commissions and bonuses. After the initial training period, the compensation is commission-based with a draw against the applicable minimum wage.
