Job summary

Liquid Life Vacation Rentals is seeking a detail-oriented Housekeeping Coordinator to keep properties guest-ready. You’ll serve as the hub between Housekeepers, Runners, Maintenance, Guest Services, and Operations, coordinating daily assignments and priorities.

The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and able to multitask in a fast‑paced environment. Leadership or coordinating experience and comfort with Breezeway/Akia/Slack are a plus.

Qualifications

• 1+ years experience in housekeeping, hospitality, hotel operations, vacation rentals, or property management.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily housekeeping assignments and priorities.
• Monitor quality trends and identify efficiency gains.
• Communicate department updates and priorities clearly.
• Track employee communications and ensure timely follow-up.
• Collaborate with Operations, Maintenance, Guest Services, and other departments.
• Support leadership with reporting and process improvements.
