Job summary

Scottsdale Rentals is seeking a detail-oriented property inspector to evaluate vacation rental properties for compliance with company standards. You will inspect items such as TV controllers, drawers, door handles, and faucets to ensure proper functionality, verify promised guest items, and perform minor maintenance as needed.

You will communicate significant repairs to the appropriate departments after inspections.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• Experience in property management, hospitality, or related field preferred.
• Basic knowledge of minor maintenance and repair tasks preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Commuting to and from properties in your territory.
• Performing inspections for cleaning and maintenance issues.
• Performing minor maintenance services.
• Reporting large maintenance issues to respective departments.
• Preparing properties for guest and owner arrivals.
• Managing property inventory and staging.
• Communicating effectively with internal departments, guests, owners, and vendors as needed.
• Delivering needed items to guests.
