Job summary

Desert Highlands Association/Golf Club is seeking a Part-Time Residential Services Inspector to provide upkeep and secure inspections for members’ homes in North Scottsdale. You will follow a route, inspect for maintenance and security issues, and report findings using the GoCanvas app.

The role supports a concierge-style service model, with duties including coordinating with vendors and performing light housekeeping, all while maintaining strong communication with the Residential Services

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must be 21+ with a valid driver's license and clean MVR.
• Familiar with basic household utilities (electrical, gas, plumbing) and able to explain issues.
• Must have basic knowledge of vehicles and be able to drive them routinely.
• Attention to detail and ability to handle emergencies calmly.
• Strong interpersonal, written and oral communication skills.
• Reliable, punctual and customer-service oriented.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel; familiarity with Outlook preferred.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Follows a designated route, inspects member homes for maintenance and security issues.
• Records findings and prepares daily reports; admits vendors as needed.
• Maintain accurate records in GoCanvas app and perform routine inspections.
• Perform monthly air filter changes and residential salt system tasks.
• Coordinate with Supervisor and Coordinator for vendor access to residences.
• Light housekeeping duties and general vehicle inspections on-site.
• Communicate ongoing activities to Residential Services Supervisor in real time.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
