Job summary

Resort Rentals Vacations in Saint Pete Beach, FL seeks a detail-oriented Inspector to ensure vacation rental properties meet high cleanliness and maintenance standards and are guest-ready.

You will work closely with cleaning and maintenance teams to report issues, schedule repairs, and keep properties well-prepared for arrivals. The ideal candidate is highly organized, customer-friendly, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently.

Qualifications

• Must be detail-oriented with strong observational skills.
• Excellent communication when reporting issues to teams.
• Able to manage multiple inspections and prioritize tasks.
• Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Inspect properties for proper cleaning and identify maintenance issues.
• Report maintenance issues and coordinate with the maintenance team.
• Take property inventory and stage properties as needed.
• Deliver needed items to guests.
• Communicate with cleaners when issues or changes arise.
• Assist with laundry and housekeeping tasks as needed.
