Qualifications

• 1 year of housekeeping inspecting experience
• valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• High school diploma or equivalent
• keen eye for detail
• pass a drug test
• background check required

Responsibilities

• Inspecting condos, townhomes, and beach houses to meet high cleanliness standards
• Running items to units (coffee pots, irons, mops, etc.) to keep everything stocked and looking great
• Touch-up cleaning when necessary to address small details
• Building strong relationships with contract cleaners and ensuring properties are in top shape for guests
