Qualifications

• 1+ years previous professional vacation rental cleaning, residential housekeeping, or hospitality housekeeping experience.
• Reliable transportation to travel between properties.
• Working cell phone for receiving assignments and communicating with the team.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and consistently meet cleaning deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
• Availability to accept weekend cleaning assignments.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough vacation rental turnover cleanings between guest departures and arrivals.
• Clean and sanitize kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, and other assigned spaces.
• Dust, vacuum, sweep, mop, and clean surfaces to ensure properties meet established cleanliness standards.
• Change bed linens, make beds, and prepare bedrooms and bathrooms for incoming guests.
• Ensure vacation homes are clean, organized, presentable, and guest-ready before scheduled check-in times.
• Follow property-specific cleaning checklists and established quality standards.
• Inspect properties during cleaning and promptly report damages, maintenance concerns, or missing items to the designated inspector.
• Manage cleaning assignments efficiently to meet turnover deadlines, including same-day guest arrivals.
• Communicate with the White Rose Villas team regarding cleaning progress, property conditions, and any issues affecting guest readiness.
• Maintain a professional, dependable, and detail-oriented approach when servicing vacation rental properties.
