The position requires physical activity, such as lifting, sweeping, and managing housekeeping duties across various properties. Compensation includes a piece rate per cleaning and hourly pay for non-cleaning tasks, along with some benefits.

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred.
• Physically able to perform cleaning duties including lifting 25+ lbs.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Perform full‑service turnovers of vacation rental homes.
• Sweep, vacuum, mop, dust, and sanitize all surfaces.
• Replace linens and towels and restock all consumables.
