Responsibilities

• Complete property readiness inspections before guest arrivals and document property conditions.
• Identify maintenance, housekeeping, safety, or presentation concerns.
• Assist with inventories, supplies, restocking, and seasonal projects.
• Help prepare new vacation rentals for launch and onboarding-related tasks.
• Take photos and document property conditions or concerns.
• Provide backup coverage when additional operational support is needed.
• Assist with light administrative work, data entry, checklists, scheduling, and documentation.
• Communicate clearly with management, housekeepers, maintenance staff and other team members.
