Job summary

VueStay Vacations by Casago is seeking a flexible Housekeeper to support our Operations Team in the Pacific City area. This piecework role pays per unit ($35-$300) and includes an hourly rate of $23.50 for non-piecework duties such as training and meetings.

Responsibilities include visiting units, inspecting guest-readiness, assisting with linen services, minor maintenance, and supporting team with guest and homeowner needs. Travel between sites is expected; reliable transportation is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in hotel, hospitality, vacation or similar industry preferred.
• Prior housekeeping experience is a bonus but not required – we can train!
• Tech-savvy with experience using digital systems and apps.
• Frequent travel between worksites requires reliable personal transportation.
• Dependable, self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Clear, positive communication that represents the company well.

Responsibilities

• Travel between units delivering supplies and assisting guests.
• Inspect units prior to guest and owner arrivals to ensure readiness.
• Support linen services and laundry tasks as needed.
• Perform minor maintenance tasks within units (e.g., bulbs, cables).
• Assist housekeeping duties as required for business needs.
• Observe and report damages or safety hazards in units.
• Maintain collaborative relationships with team and management.
• Other duties as assigned in hospitality.
