Job summary

First Chair Destinations is hiring a dedicated housekeeper to professionally clean and maintain a portfolio of vacation rental properties. You will perform thorough cleaning, including sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and moving furniture to ensure pristine spaces that guests will love.

Attention to detail is essential as you handle laundry, restock amenities, inspect for damages, and create welcoming environments for guests and homeowners.

Qualifications

• Experience in hotel, hospitality, vacation or similar industry preferred.
• Prior housekeeping experience a bonus but trainable.
• Tech-savvy; comfortable with mobile apps and tablets.
• Requires reliable transportation for travel between worksites.
• Punctual, dependable, able to work independently in a team.
• Good communication with guests and homeowners.

Responsibilities

• Professionally clean and maintain vacation rental properties.
• Sweep, vacuum, mop, dust and clean all surfaces.
• Handle laundry and linen as needed.
• Restock amenities and inspect for damages/maintenance.
• Create welcoming environments and meet housekeeping metrics.
• Attend mandatory meetings and manage trash disposal.
• Maintain hot tubs; on-site training provided.
