Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or property care is preferred.
• Detail-oriented with focus on pristine properties.
• Must have a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine property inspections to ensure homes are secure, clean, and stocked.
• Perform light maintenance and minor repairs (e.g., changing lightbulbs).
• Coordinate with vendors for major repairs and manage inventory.
• Prepare properties for guest arrivals and ensure they are spotless and ready for occupancy.
• Respond to on-site guest needs and troubleshoot appliances.
• Communicate maintenance needs to the Operations Manager and follow SOPs.
