Job summary

PROACTIVE Vacations in Supply, North Carolina seeks a Property Coordinator to manage a portfolio of roughly 50 to 60 vacation rental homes. You will coordinate owner/guest communications, vendor services, and property records, reporting to the General Manager.

The ideal candidate has at least two years in vacation property management, understands residential systems, and can juggle multiple priorities during peak season. This is a full-time, on-site role requiring Saturday work.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of vacation property management experience.
• Knowledge of residential home systems and maintenance needs.
• Strong customer service and relationship-management skills.
• Experience coordinating vendors, repairs, or contracted services.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Ability to work the seasonal schedule including Saturdays.
• Must reside or relocate within ~30 minutes of Supply, NC.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day management of ~50–60 properties.
• Be primary contact for owners, guests, vendors, and team.
• Coordinate maintenance, repairs, updates, and services.
• Manage vendor relationships and follow up on work.
• Track property needs and open projects in systems.
• Maintain property records, contracts, and notes.
• Support compliance with vacation rental laws and procedures.
• Provide day-to-day guidance to team members.
