Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking an Activations Agent in Orlando to contact guests with vacation offers and help secure bookings. You will apply salesmanship and strong customer-service skills to drive arrivals, revenue, and tour volume for resorts.

Training lasts 6 weeks with detailed schedules; post-training shifts run weekdays and some Saturdays, with evening availability required. Compensation starts at $18/hour for 90 days, then $15/hour plus incentives up to 65K+ annually.

Qualifications

12 months minimum sales, customer service, reservations, hospitality, or equivalent experience required.
Must be able to work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office is required.

Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to guests who purchased a vacation getaway or received two free nights but have not booked their location or dates.
Support arrivals, increase department revenue, and guarantee tour volume for resorts.
Work with a positive, professional demeanor and strong communication skills.
