Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the U.S. with valid documentation.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must pass extensive screening process.
• Excellent customer service skills are essential.
• Proficient in basic phone and computer skills.
• 2+ years of Security, Military, or Law Enforcement experience recommended.
• Active DCJS license or eligibility to obtain one.
• CPR/First Aid certification is preferred.
• Access control and customer service experience required.
• Must be at least 21 years old.

Responsibilities

• Welcomes visitors, verifies identity, and guides guests.
• Manage access control and monitor security checkpoints.
• Perform walking patrols and regular device/equipment checks.
• Inspect security equipment and report maintenance needs.
• Respond to incidents, coordinate with emergency teams, and provide first aid.
• Answer questions in person or by phone and document concerns.
• Write incident reports and communicate security issues clearly.
• Ensure safety and protection of people and property.
• Use computer systems for visitor management and access control.
• Work in the lobby and conduct walking patrols as required.

As a Security Officer – Concierge, there is a high focus on customer service since you will be working with people on all shifts, in environments such as office towers, hotels, shopping centers, etc.

• Part Time Weekends. We are looking to hire 3 candidates to cover various shifts on the weekends (6am to 2pm, 2pm to 10pm, and 10pm to 6am). Officers must be able to hold over for shift changes, provide additional coverage, and be wiling to pick up shifts.

Responsibilities of a Concierge Security Guard

• Customer service duties like welcoming, verifying identity, and guiding visitors
• Manage access control
• Perform regular patrols to identify potential risks
• Inspect security equipment and report any maintenance needs
• Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams
• Answer questions in person or by phone
• Write incident reports and communicate security concerns
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property
• Computer skill (outlook, visitor management, and access control)
• Candidate will work in the lobby and required to do walking patrols

Qualifications for Concierge Security Guard

• Be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Be able to provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED
• Be able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening process
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Proficient in basic phone & computer skills
• You have 2 years of Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience!
• You have a state license if required
• You have CPR/First Aid
• You have computer literacy and phone skills
• Must have access control and customer service experience
• You are at least 21 years of age due to contractual agreements
• You have an active DCJS License
• You have the ability to provide great customer service
• You have access control and customer service experience
