GardaWorld Security Services is hiring a Concierge Security Officer in Austin, TX. The role emphasizes customer service as you engage with visitors, verify identities, and guide them through access points.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Able to pass an extensive screening process (background & drug screen).
• Security, Military, or Law Enforcement experience is a plus.
• Texas Security License or ability to obtain one.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Age 21 or older as required by law or contract.

Responsibilities

• Welcomes visitors, verifies identity, and guides visitors.
• Manage access control throughout shifts.
• Perform regular patrols to identify risks.
• Inspect security equipment and report maintenance needs.
• Respond to incidents, provide first aid, coordinate with emergency teams.

As a Security Officer - Concierge, there is a high focus on customer service since you will be working with people on all shifts, in environments such as office towers, hotels, shopping centers, etc.

Qualifications for Concierge Security Guard

• You have a high school education or equivalent (GED)
• You’re able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening process
• If you are able to pass both background and drug screen
• If you have Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience - even better!
• You have a Texas Security License or ability to obtain one
• Having a valid drivers license with a clean driving backgroundYou are at least 21 years of age or older as required by applicable law or contractual requirement
