Aufgaben

• Begin group activities and reality orientation for Veterans.
• Assist with body mechanics and use of patient care equipment.
• Report patient observations to the registered nurse or team.
• Set up patient care equipment and obtain routine supplies.
• Orient patients and families to unit routines.
• Work cooperatively within the interdisciplinary team.
• Protect patient privacy and maintain confidentiality of records.
• Perform nursing procedures within scope and document care.
