Job summary

DirectShifts is seeking a licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to perform VA C&P General Medicine examinations for Veterans in Florida. You will review medical histories, conduct comprehensive physicals, and document objective findings in accordance with VA guidelines.

The role emphasizes accurate DBQ completion, timely medical reporting, and strict HIPAA/compliance. Collaboration with clinical and administrative teams, flexible scheduling (FT/PT/PRN), and no on-call duties are
