Concord Hospitality is seeking a Lounge Server to provide welcoming service, handle orders accurately, and deliver professional food and beverage service. You will work with a team to maintain cleanliness and learn daily specials while contributing to guest satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Prior serving or hospitality experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage service standards.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Commitment to teamwork, professionalism, and guest satisfaction.

• Check assigned station prior to opening for cleanliness, proper setup, and readiness.
• Attend menu classes or taste panels; maintain knowledge of daily specials and all menu items.
• Take guest orders accurately, following proper procedures for checks, modifiers, and seat numbers.
• Serve food and beverages according to established standards, including proper liquor and wine service.
• Maintain cleanliness by bussing and resetting tables promptly throughout and after meals.
• Work collaboratively with teammates to ensure efficient service across all stations.
