Job summary

Saransh Inc in Dearborn, MI is seeking a V&V Tools Technician to support the Ford EV/DSD organization onsite. You will assemble, configure, and distribute test tools, work with engineering and verification teams, and help ensure deliverables meet requirements across multiple vehicle sub-systems.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, strong communication, and hands-on ability with electrical harnesses and tool systems; JIRA experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred, though applicable knowledge or experience may replace formal education.
• Ability to manage priorities, risks, and issues as they arise.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Functional understanding of automotive electrical wiring and schematics.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and prepare test environments for deployment.
• Module installation and harness installation.
• Software installation and testing/validation.
• Package and ship tool systems to Ford and non-Ford partners.
• Track distribution using approved processes and maintain inventory.
• Troubleshoot and repair tool systems; monitor service desk.
