Job summary

Natixis NY Branch in Boston is seeking a V.I.E. Technology Risks Analyst to join the AWM TRM team for an 18‑month assignment.

The role focuses on second‑line-of-defense activities related to IT and cyber risks management and business continuity. You will help define the TRM and Business Continuity Framework, maintain the GRC tool, develop dashboards, KRIs and KPIs, and support affiliates in deploying the TRM framework.

Qualifications

• 2+ years cybersecurity experience; financial sector preferred.
• Experience in using/maintaining a GRC tool.
• Certification in cybersecurity management (CISM, CISSP, ISO27001) or Business Continuity (ISO22301) appreciated.
• Master's Degree in IT, cybersecurity or related field.
• Excellent interpersonal and listening skills.
• Strong sense of responsibility and rigorous process analysis.

Responsibilities

The Technology Risk Management & Business Continuity Analyst supports AWM TRM team members in Boston.

Fully integrated within the AWM TRM team, he/she/they is involved in every second-line-of-defense missions related to IT & Cyber risks managements, and Business Continity.

The V.I.E. main activities, include, but are not limited to:

Definition of the TRM and Business Continuity Framework:

Regulatory and technological watch;

Definition of policies, procedures and processes.

Power user of the “Governance, Risk & Compliance” (GRC) tool:

Daily administration of the tool;

Maintenance of the implemented modules (policy management, controls/testing management, issue & action plans, risk management);

Assistance in configuring Business Continuity Module;

Development of additional features (visual & table reports, dashboards, etc.);

Create or Review Affiliates records when necessary.

Project management assistance;

Support affiliates in deploying the TRM framework and the GRC tool;

Production of KRIs, KPIs and dashboards.

Assistance to the team in case of an audit:

Auditors requests follow-up;

Coordination with the Affiliates.

Master's Degree in IT, cybersecurity or related field.

2+ years cybersecurity experience (Financial sector preferred).

Experience in using/maintaining a GRC tool.

Certification in cybersecurity management (CISM, CISSP, ISO27001) or Business Continuity (ISO22301) would be greatly appreciated.
