- Expertise in engineering, testing, qualification, verification and validation.
- Ability to translate priorities into organizational strategy and priorities.
- Ability to build cross-organizational partnerships and align stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Provide strategic direction for V Division within ALDW.
- Oversee verification and validation activities for weapon designs.
- Lead workforce planning, succession and performance management.
- Foster high-performing teams and drive mission delivery.
- Ensure safety, security, quality and risk management in operations.
