Shield AI, located in Dallas, Texas, is seeking a V-BAT Deployed Operations Fleet Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for the Fully Mission Capable (FMC) status of the company's deployable V-BAT fleet, providing crucial oversight and guidance to deployed teams across the globe.

You will ensure that aircraft and equipment are properly maintained and available while driving operational readiness. This position requires strong technical acumen, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate across multiple teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in aviation, UAS operations, or fleet management.
• Strong understanding of aircraft maintenance practices and airworthiness standards.
• Experience in a leadership or coordination role within aviation or UAS environments.

Responsibilities

• Ensure maximum Fully Mission Capable (FMC) status of the deployable V-BAT fleet.
• Maintain real-time awareness of fleet status and readiness levels.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for deployed personnel regarding fleet issues.
