Job summary

Wonderist Agency is seeking a Web Designer to craft high-quality, user-centered web experiences for small business clients, especially in the dental space. You’ll apply design thinking, brand understanding, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver polished, accessible designs.

You’ll work in a hybrid environment with a team of 90+ marketers in San Diego, shaping processes and driving excellent client outcomes.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional design experience with web design focus.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating responsive design and brand understanding.
• Expert-level proficiency in Figma.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with clients and teams.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines independently.
• A collaborative, proactive mindset with PM tool familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Lead web design and UI/UX execution translating brand identity into intuitive experiences.
• Present design decisions clearly to clients and internal teams.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with development, content, and marketing teams.
• Contribute to internal process improvements and design tooling.
