Job Title: UX (User Experience) Project Manager

Company located in Greenwood Village has an immediate need for a Sr. Client Experience Listening Analyst (“Voice of the Customer”). The Sr. Client Experience Listening Analyst has responsibility for gathering feedback and insight across multiple channels throughout the Spectrum Enterprise client journey. This individual should be a passionate leader with commitment to delivering a best-in‑class client experience through quality data gathering, analysis, reporting, and dashboards that will provide relevant and actionable insight to various business partners throughout the organization. Someone with a strong UX background could be a likely candidate.

• Proven results in using data analytics/research and identifying insights
• Ability to optimize programs against qualitative and quantitative objectives
