UX-UI Web Content Strategist

Responsibilities

• Apply NYC government editorial standards and propose justified exceptions based on user research.
• Evaluate and synthesize content from agencies and external organizations for the Child Care Unified Hub.
• Collaborate with the delivery team to incorporate user research into content.
• Work with project managers to set, track, and analyze content performance KPIs.
• Create data-driven content using qualitative and quantitative insights.
• Manage content projects, tasks, and deliverables.
• Engage stakeholders through meetings and presentations of drafts and strategies.

Minimum Requirements

• 6+ years of web content creation and strategy experience.
• Ability to create user-centered content and iterate based on feedback.
• Experience with microcopy and informational site content.
• Cross-functional collaboration experience.
