Job summary

ICE celebrates user-centered design and is seeking a UX/UI Designer to craft engaging experiences across its digital properties. You will partner with business units, developers and growth marketers to translate complex requirements into intuitive, brand-aligned designs.

Qualifications

2+ years of UX/UI design for digital products or web applications.
Proficiency in Figma with prototyping and component libraries.
Strong understanding of user-centered design principles.
Experience applying accessibility standards (WCAG).

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end UX design across ICE web properties, including research, journey mapping, IA, wireframes, prototyping and final visual design.
Design intuitive, accessible interfaces for marketing pages and web platforms with brand consistency.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and ensure feasible design solutions.
Produce UX deliverables: user flows, wireframes, interaction specs, site maps and high-fidelity mocks using Figma.
Maintain ICE's design system and ensure consistency of UI components and typography.
Create responsive layouts for desktop, tablet and mobile; test and iterate based on feedback and metrics.
Present concepts and rationale to stakeholders and defend design decisions.
Stay current with trends, accessibility standards, and AI-assisted design tools.
