Qualifications

• Minimum 4+ years of experience in UX/UI design.
• Minimum 4+ years of experience in user research and usability testing.
• Hands-on experience with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or InVision.
• Strong knowledge of Human-Centered Design principles.
• Experience designing applications compliant with WCAG accessibility standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead UX/UI design projects from discovery through development handoff.
• Conduct user research and create artifacts such as personas, journey maps, and research findings.
• Design wireframes, prototypes, and user flows based on business and user needs.
• Perform usability testing and validate design decisions with stakeholders.
• Translate design concepts into functional front-end solutions.
• Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to ensure seamless implementation.
• Analyze data and user feedback to drive continuous improvement.
• Maintain project documentation using tools like Jira, SharePoint, etc.
• Ensure compliance with accessibility standards (WCAG 2.0 / 2.1).
• Stay updated with latest UX/UI and web design trends.
