American Honda Motors is seeking a UX/UI Designer to shape next-generation in-car interfaces. You will design intuitive, emotionally engaging experiences for millions of drivers worldwide, combining strategy with hands-on execution, and collaborating across Torrance and global R&D teams.

Lead design systems, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals that balance Honda brand values with futuristic expression, while ensuring usability and safety in automotive contexts.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience in UX/UI, interaction design, or visual design.
• Automotive UX/HMI experience is a plus.
• Distinctive visual design style with a polished portfolio.
• Balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
• Mastery of Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Protopie.

Responsabilidades

• Translate driver insights into intuitive design concepts.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Industrial Design teams in Torrance and Japan.
• Design clean, modern interfaces that reflect Honda brand values and futuristic expression.
• Build and maintain scalable design systems and component libraries.
• Prototype interactions and micro-animations to communicate intent clearly.
• Create high-fidelity visuals and interface mockups for in-vehicle experiences.
• Present and advocate design visions to multidisciplinary teams and leadership.
• Ensure usability, accessibility, and safety standards in automotive environments.
