Job summary

Elevate is seeking a UX/UI Designer II to shape digital experiences across our websites, landing pages, and customer-facing assets. This individual contributor role handles design projects from concept to delivery, aligned with brand standards and business objectives, while partnering with the Sr.

UX/UI Designer. The successful candidate brings strong visual design, UX best practices, and attention to detail in a fast-paced, regulated fintech environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of UX/UI or related design experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Advertising, HCI, Digital Media, Marketing, or related field preferred.
• Experience designing responsive web and mobile experiences within brand systems.

Responsibilities

• Design websites, landing pages, and digital experiences using Figma within design systems and accessibility requirements.
• Manage UX/UI projects from requirements gathering through delivery.
• Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that align user needs with business goals.
• Present concepts to stakeholders after review with Sr. UX/UI Designer.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a regulated environment to ensure compliance.
