Job summary

Data-Driven Lab is seeking a Senior Product Designer for the Sites & Landings team to lead the renovation of the site and landing pages. You will define a flexible block-based system enabling marketing pages to be built with minimal engineering, while rebuilding and maintaining the design system in collaboration with frontend developers.

The role emphasizes UX/UI for the web platform, RTL and multi-language support, accessibility, speed, and SEO, with a strong focus on data-informed decisions

Qualifications

Alongside product development, we help businesses grow with a full range of digital marketing services. We are looking for a Senior Product Designer for our Sites & Landings team (focusing on the web platform and standalone landing pages — no mobile app scope). This is a high-impact, hybrid role—roughly 50% product UI/UX and 50% creative/brand storytelling.

• Lead the full-scale renovation of the site and landing pages, from auditing existing interfaces to shaping a modern, cohesive visual language.
• Define how the website is managed. Design a flexible block and component system with clear hierarchy, enabling pages and marketing landing pages to be built effortlessly without engineering involvement.
• Rebuild and maintain the web component library in sync with frontend developers, documenting usage guidelines and specifications.
• Partner with marketing design to refine company guidelines, align brand communications, and continuously evolve the brand guidebook.
• Design user journeys that convert visitors into registered users. Validate design decisions using product analytics and user research (in collaboration with CX researchers).
• Establish robust design operations as the team's core designer—file versioning, developer handoffs, specifications, and QA/design reviews prior to release.
• Manage and produce high-quality web visuals, custom illustrations, and graphics (via hand illustration, 3D, or AI generation tools).
• Build interfaces supporting complex multi-language setups, including Right-to-Left (RTL) scripts such as Arabic.
• Factor in site speed, web accessibility (a11y), and SEO requirements during the design process.
• 5+ years of experience in product or web design, with a proven track record of designing large-scale websites and complex landing pages (not just mobile apps).
• Portfolio showcasing successful end-to-end projects with clear problems, design solutions, and measurable outcomes.
• Hands-on visual asset production: Ability to create or generate high-quality web illustrations, graphics, and visual content independently.
• Design System experience: Hands-on experience building or heavily overhauling design systems or component libraries alongside developers.
• CMS & Modular Design background: Demonstrated experience designing CMS-friendly, modular block structures managed by non-technical teams.
• Brand & Identity alignment: Experience working with brand guidelines and shaping corporate visual identity.
• Frontend literacy: Strong understanding of adaptive/responsive web standards, layout mechanics, and technical constraints to communicate effectively with developers.
