Job summary

M&C Saatchi World Services in the DC area seeks a seasoned UX/UI Designer with a strong grounding in experiential and immersive design to craft engaging digital and hybrid experiences. You will own end-to-end UX/UI across websites, platforms, and physical installations, turning client objectives into intuitive, visually compelling solutions.

Collaborate with producers, strategists, and developers from discovery to QA, advocate accessibility, and lead design systems and prototyping.

Qualifications

• Proven UX/UI design experience across digital projects.
• Agency/consultancy background with client focus.
• Strong portfolio showing UX thinking and UI craft.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma and design systems.
• Knowledge of accessibility and WCAG principles.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end UX and UI design from discovery to QA.
• Translate objectives into clear experience and interface designs.
• Create user journeys, IA, wireframes, and prototypes.
• Design experiences for events and hybrid environments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement designs.
• Plan usability testing and apply findings.
