Job summary

Crossing Hurdles is seeking a Design Expert (Multidisciplinary) for a remote contract role. You will evaluate and refine design interview content, focusing on visual and UX/UI elements, and assess AI-generated materials for quality and usability.

Deliver actionable feedback to improve layouts and user experience while collaborating with AI training teams. The ideal candidate has multidisciplinary design experience, strong typography and visual design skills, plus proficiency in Figma and Adobe

Qualifications

• Minimum multidisciplinary design experience with a strong portfolio.
• Solid command of typography, layout and visual design principles.
• Proficiency in Figma and the Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD).
• Expertise in wireframing, prototyping and user-centered design processes.
• Ability to assess and develop branding and visual identity elements.

Job description

Position: Design Expert (Multidisciplinary)

Type: Contract

Compensation: $20 - $64/hour

Location: Remote

Commitment: 10-40 hrs/week

Requirements
