We're seeking an experienced UX/UI Designer to join our Innovation Lab team for an exciting short-term engagement with potential for extension. You'll be working on cutting-edge prototypes that explore how emerging technologies are reshaping user expectations in the talent acquisition space.

What does a great UX/UI Designer do?

• Create high-fidelity, clickable prototypes exploring next-generation user experiences
• Design intuitive user flows and detailed UI specifications
• Apply design thinking methodologies to solve complex user experience challenges
• Collaborate closely with our Labs team and Product Managers
• Explore how conversational and immersive interfaces impact user engagement
  
  

Requirements For Consideration

• Experience with GenAI-powered interfaces and emerging technologies
• Background in SaaS product design
• User research and usability testing experience
• Data analysis skills for design optimization
• Understanding of how new technologies change user expectations
  
  

Essential Skills

• Expert-level wireframing & prototyping
• Strong interaction design capabilities
• Solid visual design skills with attention to detail
• Experience with modern design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD)
• Knowledge of front-end development principles
• Familiarity with collaborative tools (Miro, Jira, Slack)
  
  

Project Details

• Timeline: Immediate start through mid-Q4 2025
• Deliverables: Clickable prototypes, user flows, UI specifications
• Current Assets: Existing wireframes and clickable demo to build upon
  
  

Work Arrangement

• Location: Chicago-based or remote candidates welcome
• Engagement: Short-term contract with potential for extension

Compensation Range: USD $40–$60/hour
